Consultation

Our initial consultations are free and through our Building Control Advice section provide a free Internet advisory service, for a wide range of Building Control and Building Regulation issues within England and Wales. We are more than prepared to visit your home, place of business, site or building plot if required. We’ll give you the help and the advice you need, without over-complicating the process and all in friendly approachable manner.

Measured Survey

We will carryout a full measured survey of your property and produce high quality hand-drawn or CAD drawings as necessary. Plans are available as hard copies on A4, A3, A2 and A1 standard formats, or alternatively can be provided as CD or DVD ROMs.

Design

We can usually advise you on the feasibility of your proposals at the initial consultation. Once you have provided a brief we will turn your ideas into sketch proposals and, if required, provide you with high quality computer generated 3D models. We pride ourselves on practical and cost-effective designs, to minimise on the requirements for structural calculations and material wastage.

Planning and Building Control

If required we will submit your proposals for Planning and Building Regulations approval on your behalf. We have a good working relationship with the local Authorities in the area and have a detailed knowledge of their requirements and systems. This can enable a faster response to any queries and a quicker approval for your project.

Management

Our service also includes procurement of contractors, management and site supervision to ensure health and safety regulations are obeyed, quality and standards or work are maintained and budgets are met.
